Voting will begin on March 3, 2010 at 12:00 AM and will end on March 12, 2010 at 11:59 PM. The fan statement with the most votes will win the Grand Prize and will be notified by March 19, 2010. Total retail value of weekly prize is $330; total retail value of the Grand Prize is $30. In the event any winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize, as applicable, another weekly winner will be chosen by a panel of Jones Soda and Trail Blazers judges based on creativity and another Grand Prize winner will be named who received the next most votes. All fan statements shall be the property of TBI. Entrants assign to TBI all rights in the statements, including, without limitation, the copyright in the statements and waive any claim they may have with respect to ownership of the statements. The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends.
