During Blazers home games we will display a maximum of three (3) personal (birthday, anniversary, etc.) messages per game. Requests must be made AT LEAST 24 hours in advance.

The cost to have a message displayed is a $50 donation to the Justin Eyerly Memorial Scholarship at Portland State University. Justin, a member of the Rose Quarter Family & Oregon National Guard Soldier, was killed in Iraq in June of 2004. Eyerly was also a student of PSU’s School of Fine & Performing Arts.

Requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis and all requests must be accompanied by check. Make out checks to “Portland State University Foundation.”
