Horizon Air Dunk of the Game

No purchase necessary. Promotion open to residents of Oregon and Southwest Washington 18 years or older, except employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of Horizon Air, Trail Blazers Inc., the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents who are not eligible to enter. The promotion begins on November 2, 2005 and ends on April 19, 2006. To enter, listen to the radio during 5th Quarter shows that are broadcast on KXL after Trail Blazers’ 2005-2006 regular season games that occur on Sundays through Thursdays only, except for the final regular season game. During such 5th Quarter shows, the Trail Blazers announcer will select a slam dunk by a Trail Blazers player that the announcer decides is the most outstanding dunk of the game, the “Horizon Air Dunk of the Game”. Then during the KXL morning show the next business day morning (Mondays through Fridays only) following the 5th Quarter shows described above), the KXL radio announcer will prompt listeners to call in to name the “Horizon Air Dunk of the Game.” The first listener who calls in as prompted by the KXL announcer with the “Horizon Air Dunk of the Game” will win (1) two (2) Trail Blazers game tickets (game and seat selection determined by the Trail Blazers in its sole discretion) with a total retail value of $35; and (2) eligibility to be entered into the grand prize drawing. The grand prize random drawing will occur on or about April 19, 2006 and will be announced on the 5th Quarter Show on April 19, 2006 and on the KXL morning show on April 20, 2006. The grand prizewinner will also be notified by telephone and/or email on or about/within 14 days of the random drawing. The grand prizewinner will receive coach airfare for two on Horizon Air, anywhere Horizon flies. Odds of winning the grand prize are 1:54. Retail value of the grand prize is $200. In the event the grand prizewinner cannot be contacted within 60 days or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. All prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including friends or relatives. All winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and expenses associated with the prizes (including without limitation, transportation to the game, parking and lodging), unless otherwise indicated. The grand prizewinner (and his or her guest) will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), which must be signed and returned before receipt of the prize. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of the Trail Blazers, result in the winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of winner’s interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the Trail Blazers’ option for a prize of comparable or greater value. By entering, entrants agree to follow these Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify Horizon Air, the Portland Trail Blazers and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrants’ participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in this promotion. In consideration for being awarded the prizes, winners hereby agree and consent, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winners’ names and/or likenesses in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Horizon Air, the Portland Trail Blazers and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of the their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates.
