Blaze Makes New Friends at the Jr. Rose Festival Parade
Another day, another parade. Trail Blazers mascot Blaze and some of the youngest citizens of our fair city took to the streets of NE Portland Wednesday to participate in a 104 year old tradition. The Jr. Rose Festival Parade was tipped off with a special ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by Fred Meyer's own Fred Bear and a few special friends, including Blaze. The group then made their way through the Hollywood District along with elementary and middle school bands, school groups, scout troops, children's organizations, youth clubs, dance teams and families.
