Can confirm Bulls are on verge of signing Jabari Parker. As of now, Bulls don't know if Bucks are renouncing him or they'll need to sign him to offer sheet. Either way, it's close.

Parker, who was drafted No. 2 overall by the Milwaukee Bucks in 2014, could switch teams if he signs an offer sheet by another team. The Bucks would then have 48 hours to match the deal.
Parker, a native of Chicago, averaged 12.6 points and 4.9 rebounds per game for the Bucks this past season.
