The NBA has a day off on Wednesday, so your next opportunity to play Drive to the Finals will be for Thursday's Cavaliers-Pistons Game 2. Zydrunas Ilgauskas had a huge Game 1 with 22 points and 13 rebounds, and probably won't be able to duplicate that production.
