This is Stoudemire’s sixth All-Star selection and fifth consecutive … In 2007-08 became the first NBA player since Tim Duncan in 2001-02 to average at least 25 points, nine rebounds and two blocks in a season and was one of just three players to average at least 20 points, nine rebounds and two blocks (Yao Ming, Dwight Howard) ... Named the 2003 NBA Rookie of the Year after averaging 13.5 ppg and 8.8 rpg, as he made one of the most successful leaps from high school to the pros of all-time ... Earned MVP honors of the 2004 Rookie Challenge, as he poured in 36 points and added 11 rebounds in leading the Sophomores to a 142-118 win ... Selected by Phoenix in the first round (ninth overall) of the 2002 NBA Draft
