Thank you for your interest in NBA All Star Scene, which is part of www.nba.com (“NBA.com”). NBA All Star Scene is a place where NBA fans like you can submit your favorite All Star digital images and discuss NBA All Star happenings.

To ensure that NBA All Star Scene is a positive experience for everyone, we expect you to respect other users at all times and abide by the standards set forth below. While we encourage you to share your favorite All Star images and to express your views and opinions, if you violate any of the standards listed below or submit information or images that we decide (in our sole discretion) is inappropriate for NBA.com, we reserve the right to remove your submissions(s), information and/or other content, and/or to revoke your ability to access NBA All Star Scene. Although we may attempt to notify you if we remove content you have submitted, we are under no obligation to do so. We also reserve the right to take down any post or content for any reason. All information and content submitted will be available to the public. Please remember that you remain fully responsible for all content that you submit, even if your submission complies with this Policy and after it is included and remains posted on NBA All Star Scene. We disclaim all liability in connection with any content you submit. We reserve all rights to seek appropriate relief against users who violate this Policy, the NBA.com Network Terms of Use or any applicable law, regulation or standard, through their use of NBA All Star Scene.

Please note that the images, content and other information posted on NBA All Star Scene may have been submitted by individual fans and, as applicable, have not necessarily been provided by, and/or do not necessarily represent the views of, the NBA and/or NBA.com. In addition to this Policy, use of NBA All Star Scene is subject to the NBA.com Network Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please see these documents for further details on NBA.com's community standards and participation on NBA.com.

In addition, You acknowledge that we may edit, telecast, rerun, reproduce, use, create derivative works from, syndicate, license, print, sublicense, distribute and otherwise exhibit the images, comments and other materials you submit, or any portion thereof, in any manner and in any medium or forum, any where in the world, in perpetuity, without any payment to you or any third party. We may, in our sole discretion, grant these rights to the images and other materials you submit to others, such as other NBA.com users. We thank you for interacting on NBA All Star Scene. We reserve the right to modify and/or cease operating NBA All Star Scene, and/or to modify the guidelines below, at any time.

Non-exclusive list of guidelines for interacting on NBA All Star Scene

• No personal attacks or harassment
  
  Do not submit images or other content that demeans, marginalizes, is abusive, harassing or personally attacks others.


• No derogatory content or hate speech
  
  Do not submit images or other content that depicts another person's race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or other status in a derogatory manner.


• No use of profanity, obscenities or other inappropriate content
  
  Do not submit any profane, vulgar, sexually explicit, or indecent language or images, including text, video, pictures, audio, or other dynamic media.


• No content that violates any laws, unauthorized copyrighted material, advocate illegal activity, etc.
  
  Do not submit anything that violates any law, advocates illegal activity, or infringes upon the intellectual property or other right of any entity or person. Do not submit statements or images that are libelous or otherwise defamatory. You may only submit original content authored by you, and not materials owned, created or copyrighted by others. You agree that if necessary, you have the written consent of each and every identifiable natural person appearing in any items you submit to use such persons name or likeness in the manner contemplated by NBA All Star Scene, and each such person has released you from any liability that may arise in relation to such use.


• No impersonation of others
  
  Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or your affiliation to any person or entity.


• No personal information
  
  Personal information includes but is not limited to real name, street address, place of employment, relatives, or other such information.


• No advertising or solicitation of goods or services
  
  Do not use NBA All Star Scene to engage in commercial activities, including but not limited to advertising, promoting or soliciting funds for goods or services.


• No multiple messages or other disruptive posting or activity
  
  Do not disrupt this platform by submitting the same content multiple times. Do not submit files or other content that contains viruses, worms, or other harmful components.

Moderator Note: Any attempts at hacking, disrupting or destroying NBA All-Star Scene or circumventing a suspension or expulsion may result in the immediate termination of that member's right to participate in NBA All-Star Scene.
