PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 6 -- Six-time Grammy Award nominee Alicia Keys and Grammy-nominated soul singer Angie Stone will sing "America the Beautiful" before the 2002 NBA All-Star Game, which takes place at the First Union Center in Philadelphia on Sunday, Feb. 10.

Living legend and two-time Grammy Award winner Patti LaBelle will perform the U.S. national anthem.

J Records recording artists Keys and Stone, and MCA recording artist and Philadelphia native LaBelle will perform as part of the pregame show, which includes Elton John performing his classic "Philadelphia Freedom" to tip off the introductions of the East and West All-Star teams. John will return at halftime to perform a new song, "This Train Don't Stop There Anymore" and his classic, "I'm Still Standing."

The 2002 NBA All-Star Game will be broadcast live on NBC and ESPN Radio in the U.S. and CTV in Canada with coverage beginning at 5 p.m. ET. Fans in more than 750 million households in 210 countries around the world will be able to watch the game.

Epic Records recording artist and two-time Grammy Award nominee Glenn Lewis will perform the Canadian anthem.

Keys will also perform at the NBA All-Star Read To Achieve Celebration, a one-of-a-kind television special featuring performances by Britney Spears, Enrique Iglesias, Sean "P. Diddy" Combs and Lil' Bow Wow. The special will be simulcast on seven networks -- NBC, TNT, Nickelodeon, Nick GAS, BET and NBA TV in the U.S. and MuchMusic in Canada -- on Saturday, Feb. 9, at 11 a.m. ET.
