The Wally Walker Award

Nominee No. 3: Allen Iverson

Nominee No. 4: Wally Szczerbiak
Everyone's All-American increased overall Q rating by recently being named to West All-Star squad. Father played in the ABA, so he was exposed to the spotlight at an early age.

Nominee No. 5: Chris Webber

ABOUT WALLY WALKER:
Current Sonics president had reputation as somewhat of a hoops heartthrob during his playing days (1976-84) with Portland, Seattle and Houston. About Walker, the 1984 Complete Handbook of Pro Basketball wrote: "Played the likely role of pin-up boy for the Rockets ... Fan clubs sprung up in Houston almost immediately after the youthful-looking forward was obtained from Seattle ... Posed in a poster with the Rockette cheerleaders." Then in 1985, it was written that Walker "certainly has his fair share of admirers in the stands in Houston."
