Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older as of 12/30/02. Eligible minors must obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation. Employees of NBA Properties, Inc. (“Sponsor”), NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the NBA and its member teams, Reebok International Ltd., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, and Project Support Team, Inc. (“PST”) (collectively, “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Visit http://www.nba.com/RbK_AllAccess_Sweepstakes.html between 12:00:01PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/2/03 and 11:59:59PM ET on 1/17/03 (“Promotion Period”) and complete and submit the official online entry form according to the instructions provided. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address during each daily 24-hour period with the exception of 1/2/02 which will begin at 12:00:01PM ET and end at 11:59:59PM ET. Additional entries received from any person or e-mail address thereafter during any one day will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late or misdirected entries, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions, printing or other errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, electronic or otherwise.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/23/03 from among all eligible entries received by PST, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Prize will be awarded to the person named on the applicable online entry form regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which said online entry form was submitted (subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules).

(1) Grand Prize: 4-day/3-night trip for two to NBA All-Star 2003 in Atlanta, GA between 2/7/03 and 2/10/03 consisting of round-trip coach air transportation to/from major airport nearest winner’s residence in the US, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel, two tickets to each of the following events: NBA All-Star Jam Session, NBA All-Star Saturday and the NBA All-Star Game, along with an exclusive Rbk All-Access experience including behind the scenes access at Club NBA in Jam Session and the opportunity to serve as a Rbk Above the Rim Celebrity Slam Dunk judge, a total of $500 spending money, and select Reebok apparel to be determined by Sponsor (Approximate Retail Value=$4,000). Actual prize value will vary depending on winner’s city of departure. Exact nature of activities surrounding winner's NBA Rbk All-Access Pass experience shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel and accommodation restrictions may apply. Travel and hotel arrangements to be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If any prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of equal or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize except by Sponsor due to prize (or portion thereof) unavailability, and then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winner’s sole responsibility. If an eligible minor is selected as the winner, prize will be awarded in the name of said minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within 3 days of issuance of notification. Winner’s traveling companion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will also be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If traveling companion is a minor, he/she must be accompanied to all prize-related activities by his/her parent or legal guardian. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner and his/her traveling companion also agree to comply with all NBA rules, regulations, and directions relating to attendance at NBA sanctioned events and/or other activities and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such event. Winner and his/her traveling companion may not wear or otherwise display, during NBA Rbk All-Access Pass activities, the corporate or commercial identification of any third party without the prior consent of Sponsor. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to:

1) disqualify any person and void any entries of any person who it believes has tampered with the entry process, the operation of NBA.com, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules and 2) modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension, at its discretion, award prize from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension. The use of any device which automates the entry process is prohibited. By participating, entrants (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such entrant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting their name on NBA.com and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2) Released Parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.
