"Early Bird" Registration

• NBA will implement an "early bird" registration period whereby participating teams who register on or before Sunday, August 21, 2011 will receive an autographed photo of the NBA legend participating in that country tournament (one (1) autograph per player per team).

Age Divisions

• Boys Divisions:
  • 13 & Under - FULL
  • 15 & Under - FULL
  • 17 & Under - FULL
  • 19 & Under - FULL
  • Men's Open Division - FULL
• Girls Divisions:
  • 15 & Under - FULL
  • 19 & Under - FULL

Registration Process

• Only one (1) form per team will need be submitted. In general, teams will need to submit the following at the same time in order to complete their registration:
  
  1. One (1) registration form per team
  2. One (1) waiver form per person per team (which will include the signature of all team members or their parents/legal guardians)
  
  • For participants in divisions 19 and under, a parent or legal guardian for each participant must sign the waiver form on behalf of the child.
3. Team Fee (cash only)

• 13 & Under: 1000 baht per team
• 15 & Under: 1000 baht per team
• 17 & Under: 1000 baht per team
• 19 & Under: 1000 baht per team
• Men's Open Division: 1200 baht per team
4a. For participants 15 years or older: all team members must bring either their Thai national identification card OR passport with them at the time of registration. A photocopy or scan of this identification will be made by NBA 3-on-3 staff.
4b. For participants 14 years or younger: all team members must bring either their passport OR official Thai Household document AND picture ID card (e.g., student ID card) with them at the time of registration. A photocopy or scan of this identification will be made by NBA 3-on-3 staff.

• All team participants will be required to show the identification criteria outlined above (e.g., Thai national ID card, passport, identification card) at (1) the time of registration and (2) prior to every game. This is to verify date of birth and the participant’s identification.
• Only one (1) member of each team will be required to check in your team the day before the start of the event (September 10); however, the identification used to check in your team must be the same form of identification used to register for the event.
• Failure of a player to produce the proper identification during team check-in or prior to every game will mean forfeit for that particular player.
• Once a team fully registers, teams will receive the following:

1. A receipt which confirms the team's payment
2. A letter from the NBA confirming your team's participation

• Registration forms need to be completely filled out with accurate information. Failure to do so could result in a team's disqualification (with no refund).
• For divisions 19 and under, the NBA will request the contact information of a coach or parent.

Post-Registration

• The NBA 3-on-3 processes team entry forms in the order they are received. Teams who have submitted complete entry forms and paid their full registration fee will receive an email (to the email address provided on the entry form) which will confirm their participation in the tournament within ten (10) days of their registration date. The confirmation email will serve as the team's official notification of acceptance into the tournament and must be kept for use as identification when picking up the team packet on site prior to the start of the event. Within the email will be a team registration number that the NBA will issue to each participating team. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR TEAM REGISTRATION NUMBER WITH YOU! This will ensure that your team is properly identified and registered for the tournament.
• If you don't receive a confirmation by September 7, please email the NBA 3-on-3 office at 3on3@nba.com. In the email, please make sure to include your name and contact information.

Team Check In: Game Schedules + Participant Bag Pick Up

• All participants must check in and pick up their game schedules and team bags which include uniforms and other partner promotional items on Friday, September 9th from 4-10pm at the NBA 3-on-3 venue in front of CentralWorld Square. Only one member of the team is required to pick up participant bags.
