HOUSTON (AP) -- Houston's James Harden is out against the San Antonio Spurs with a bruised left thumb.
The Rockets are trying to end a two-game skid on Tuesday night when they face the Southwest Division-leading Spurs. Harden is Houston's leading scorer with 23.7 points a game.
Jeremy Lin was set to start in his place.
