Rockets' Howard fined 25K for tossing ball in stands

NEW YORK -- Houston Rockets forward/center Dwight Howard has been fined $25,000 for throwing the ball into the stands with 2:54 remaining in the fourth quarter of Houston's 123-120 loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at American Airlines Center, it was announced Thursday by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations.
