Thunder's Collison out with bruised left hip

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Thunder forward Nick Collison will miss Oklahoma City's game Sunday night against Washington because of a bruised left hip.

Thunder coach Scott Brooks says Collison is day to day. After Sunday, Oklahoma City's next game is Wednesday night at the Los Angeles Clippers.

Collison is in his 10th NBA season. He is averaging six points and two rebounds per game in 17.6 minutes. He scored a season-high nine points in the Thunder's win at Detroit on Friday.
