SAN ANTONIO -- Manu Ginobili will not return tonight for the Spurs after experiencing tightness in his right hamstring. He appeared to injure the leg when he grabbed it after being fouled by DeAndre Jordon in the first quarter tonight against the Clippers.

Ginobili has missed 13 games this season, with many of them the result of hamstring tightness. With Ginobili out, it opens more minutes for Gary Neal. But Neal has had his share of injuries lately as well. He missed the last four games because of calf tightness and plantar fasciitis.
