PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge has a sprained right ankle and was not in the lineup for Portland's game against the Utah Jazz on Friday night.
The two-time All-Star sprained his ankle early in Wednesday night's 111-93 loss to the Brooklyn Nets. He left the game briefly, but returned to lead the Blazers with 24 points.
Aldridge is averaging 21 points and 8.9 rebounds this season for the Blazers, who are fighting for a playoff spot in the Western Conference.
