SAN ANTONIO -- Tony Parker has been helped off the court during the Spurs game against Sacramento with a left ankle sprain. No further details are available.

Parker, Western Conference player of the month for January and an All-Star this season, was driving in for a layup when he fell beyond the baseline and bumped into the standard for the goal.
