SAN ANTONIO -- Tim Duncan will not return the Spurs game tonight against Washington after he was helped from the floor when he suffered a right ankle sprain and left knee sprain.
Spurs officials had no other word on the severity of the injury as the teams went back out on the floor for the second half.
Duncan had just attempted to block a shot on defense when Washington's Martell Webster fell and rolled behind Duncan and underneath his knees. Duncan, 36, has missed the previous four games with a sore left knee.
