TORONTO (AP) -- Rudy Gay says he feels as if he has been drafted all over again.

The Toronto Raptors introduced Gay today at a news conference. The Raptors acquired the talented forward and center Hamed Haddadi from Memphis for fan favorite point guard Jose Calderon and forward Ed Davis earlier this week.
Toronto considered drafting Gay first overall in 2006, but went with Andrea Bargnani instead. Gay says he wants to be the hard-working veteran the Raptors need, adding he's not afraid of taking the big shot with the game on the line.
He also praised Calderon and says he hopes to do half of things the Spanish guard did for the city.
