SAN ANTONIO -- Manu Ginobili sustained a left hamstring strain late in the first half of the Spurs game against Minnesota and will not return. His status beyond Sunday's game has yet to be determined.

Ginobili was on offense and had set up a basket for Tim Duncan when he fell while not under contact. He limped off the court.

Ginobili, 35, missed two games earlier this season because of back spasms.
