SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Utah Jazz forward Marvin Williams will miss the next three games with inflammation in his right knee.

The team announced the injury Tuesday after Williams was treated by team orthopedist Dr. Lyle Mason.
Williams will travel with the team on its three-game road trip, but won't be able to play against former team Atlanta on Friday.
He left Monday's win over Dallas because of the injury and did not return.
The 6-foot-9 Williams is averaging 8.9 points and 3.5 rebounds for Utah as a starter.
Utah already is missing another starter. Point guard Mo Williams is out six weeks after surgery on his right thumb Friday.
