Spurs' Jackson fined $25K for 'hostile' tweet

New York -- Stephen Jackson of the San Antonio Spurs has been fined $25,000 for issuing a hostile statement directed to Serge Ibaka in a Twitter message, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.
