CLEVELAND (AP) -- Cleveland Cavaliers guard Daniel Gibson will sit out Tuesday night's game against the Phoenix Suns because of a sore right elbow.

Gibson, who is Cleveland's top reserve, is averaging 9.1 points in 12 games this season. He missed two games earlier this month because of soreness in the elbow.
Cleveland also played its fifth straight game without star point guard Kyrie Irving, who is out until mid-December with a broken left index finger. Irving went through a shooting drill before the game with his finger in a splint and heavily wrapped in blue tape.
