Knicks guard Smith fined for Twitter flap

NEW YORK -- New York Knicks guard J.R. Smith has been fined $25,000 for posting inappropriate pictures on his Twitter account, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Executive Vice President Basketball Operations.
