DALLAS (AP) -- The NBA champion Dallas Mavericks have exercised 2011-12 contract options for guards Roddy Beaubois and Dominique Jones.
The Mavericks announced the moves Thursday before the start of the NBA lockout.
Beaubois missed 54 games this season because of a fractured left foot, which he hurt last summer training with the French national team and then aggravated in the final game of the regular season. He had a second surgery on the foot this week. He averaged 8.4 points and 2.3 assists in the 28 games he played for the Mavericks.
Jones averaged 2.3 points and 1.1 assists in 18 games as a rookie. He also made 10 appearances for the Texas Legends of the NBA Development League, where he averaged 18.7 points and 5.2 rebounds.
