WASHINGTON (AP) -- Boston guard Ray Allen became the 32nd player in NBA history to score 20,000 points when he hit a 3-pointer with 4:44 to play in the third quarter in the Celtics' game against Washington on Thursday night.
Allen came into the game needing 14 points for 20,000.
