Wizards' Jamison to make season debut Wed. vs. Cavs

Posted Nov 14 2009 11:24PM

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Wizards coach Flip Saunders says captain Antawn Jamison will make his season debut Wednesday night against the Cavaliers.

The two-time All-Star forward partially dislocated his right shoulder trying to block a shot in an exhibition game against Cleveland on Oct. 14.

Jamison's shoulder had healed, but he missed Saturday night's 106-103 loss to the Detroit Pistons because of an illness. That was Washington's sixth consecutive defeat and dropped the team to 2-7.

Afterward, Saunders said Jamison will be back for the team's next game, against Cleveland.
