LeBron enjoys guest spot on Entourage

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio (AP) -- LeBron James enjoyed spending part of his summer on the set of one of his favorite television shows.

James joined Matt Damon near the end of Sunday's season finale of the hit HBO show Entourage, which also featured a guest spot by U2 lead singer Bono.

Show creator Doug Ellin knew James was a big fan of the series and called to see if the Cavaliers superstar was headed to Los Angeles anytime over the summer.

"It was perfect timing," James said Monday. "I just happened to be in L.A. around the time they were shooting the last episode, so I was able to get in."

The Cavaliers superstar has plenty of television experience -- he has previously hosted Saturday Night Live and the ESPYs.
