Wizards' Jamison could miss next game with thumb injury

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Wizards forward Antawn Jamison has a strained left thumb and could miss Friday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Jamison hurt his thumb in Wednesday night's 88-74 loss to the Detroit Pistons. He did not practice Thursday and will be a game-time decision Friday.

Jamison is averaging 19.9 points and 9.7 rebounds per game for Washington, which is 4-19.
