Pistons' Iverson fined $25,000 by league

NEW YORK -- Allen Iverson of the Detroit Pistons has been fined $25,000 for directing inappropriate language towards a fan, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.

Iverson made his comments to the fan with 6.2 seconds remaining in the 3rd period during the Pistons' 90-86 win over the Charlotte Bobcats at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, N.C. on Saturday, Dec. 13.
