Wade misses practice, will play Saturday night

Posted Nov 22 2008 1:12PM

MIAMI (AP) -- Heat guard Dwyane Wade missed Miami's shootaround practice Saturday morning with an unspecified illness. The team said he would play later that night, when Miami hosts the Indiana Pacers.

Wade is the NBA's second-leading scorer at more than 28 points per game, trailing only Cleveland's LeBron James.

Wade has not missed any games this season, even though he's been dealing with a sprained ankle for about a week.

The Heat could be without power forward Udonis Haslem, who is listed as a game-time decision with a sprained toe.
