OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The Oklahoma City Thunder have exercised their team options to keep reigning rookie of the year Kevin Durant and fellow first-round pick Jeff Green with the team through next season.

General manager Sam Presti announced the moves Thursday. NBA rookies get two-year contracts with teams having the option to pick up a third season.
Durant averaged 20.3 points and 4.3 rebounds last season before the team relocated from Seattle to Oklahoma City during the offseason. Green averaged 10.5 points and 4.7 rebounds.
Both made the NBA's All-Rookie team.
