Brooks Finishes 10th in ROY Vote

MarShon Brooks, selected by the Nets with the 25th pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, ranked third in scoring among rookies, has finished tenth in Rookie of the Year voting. MarShon received one second place vote and one third place vote. The Cavaliers Kyrie Irving won the 2011-12 Kia NBA Rookie of the Year award.

Nets to Host Draft Combine

The Brooklyn Nets, in conjunction with the Houston Rockets, will host a draft combine on Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20 at the PNY Center in East Rutherford, NJ, where forty-four 2012 NBA draft-eligible players will showcase their skills in front of coaches and personnel executives from all 30 NBA teams.
