What is changing?

This summer, the Bulls will launch a new mobile app that will offer fans more experiences made for them, easier access to improved fan favorite features and a simplified log in with Bulls ID.

Why are the Bulls doing this?

We are committed to better connecting with fans and delivering a best-in-class experience, wherever they choose to engage with the Bulls. Our new mobile app will help us start delivering a more connected and personalized fan experience.

What is Bulls ID?

Bulls ID is a free account used to log in to the Bulls app. It is created with your phone number and provides access to personalized events, offers, digital experiences, content, news and more. With Bulls ID, fans can share their preferences and personalize their app with their favorite player, location and ticketing information.

How is this different from NBA ID or Ticketmaster log ins?

When you create a Bulls ID, it is automatically associated with a new or existing NBA ID via your email. You can link your Bulls ID with your Ticketmaster account through a one-time linking process.

Will still I have to sign into Ticketmaster to access my tickets in the Bulls app?

Yes, you’ll still need to log into Ticketmaster to access your tickets. Fans can link their Bulls ID with their Ticketmaster account through a one-time linking process.

What do I need to do?

This summer, fans can download the new app on the Apple App Store or in Google Play Store. On July 1, fans will not be able to download or access the former Bulls app and will need to download the new app.

What is happening to the old Bulls app?

Starting July 1, the former Bulls app will no longer be accessible, and fans will be directed to the new Bulls app.

How do I find my tickets?

You can always access your tickets through your profile on the home page or through the "Tickets" link in the “More” menu. On game day, you'll be able to see and access your tickets conveniently on the home page.

How do I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets to any home game through the schedule page.

How do I participate in drops?

When you receive a notification of an ongoing drop, open the app and enter the drop from the link on the home page.

How can I play Bulls IQ?

Bulls IQ is available through the “More” menu.

Where do I check the schedule?

The Bulls’ schedule is available on the “Schedule” page.
